Why Ibsen Photonics for fluorescence

Fluorescence spectroscopy analyzes emitted light from fluorophore-tagged samples after excitation, providing valuable insights into molecular composition and interactions. Because fluorescence signals can be weak and exhibit overlapping emission peaks, fluorescence spectrometers must be highly sensitive and offer high spectral resolution for accurate detection and analysis.

Ibsen Photonics manufactures transmission gratings with the world’s highest diffraction efficiencies and high grating dispersion, enabling high sensitivity and resolution in compact, cost effective spectrometer designs.

Designed for volume manufacturing, with minimal unit-to-unit variation and high environmental stability, fluorescence spectrometers from Ibsen are ideal for integration in high performance systems at a competitive cost.
