Our commitments

ISO 14001 is a global standard for environmental management systems. Since 2023, Ibsen has been certified to ISO 14001:2015, applicable to design, manufacture, and supply of high performance transmission gratings and industrial grade OEM spectrometers.

ISO 45001 is a global standard for occupational health & safety management systems. Since 2023, Ibsen has been certified to ISO 45001:2018, applicable to design, manufacture, and supply of high performance transmission gratings and industrial grade OEM spectrometers.

EcoVadis is a globally recognised sustainability rating platform that evaluates the environmental, social, and business ethical performance of participating companies. Ibsen has joined the EcoVadis platform in 2026. We look forward to leveraging the EcoVadis assessment to ensure transparency and continuous improvement of our sustainability management efforts.

In 2026, Ibsen has joined the UN Global Compact, a globally recognized framework based on CEO commitments to implement universal sustainability principles in support of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This framework outlines ten principles in environmental protection, human and labour rights, and anti-corruption.

Ibsen is committed to supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals. We respect and support all 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). However, through our own operations and our contributions to our customers’ solutions, we believe we can make the greatest impact on Good Health and Well-Being, Responsible Consumption and Production, Decent Work and Economic Growth, and Climate Action.
