Ibsen Photonics is proud to announce the launch of the EAGLE Raman HR, the company’s highest resolution Raman spectrometer to date. Designed around a 0.2 NA for optimal performance with standard commercial fibers, the EAGLE Raman HR excels in applications that demand higher resolution and enhanced throughput in a compact form factor. Featuring support for both 532 nm and 785 nm excitation lasers, the EAGLE Raman HR offers flexibility by providing the same exceptional optical design and performance for both wavelengths.

With a compact footprint of only 125 mm x 139 mm x 60 mm, the EAGLE Raman HR offers a lightweight and cost-effective solution, enabling expansion of market opportunities. You can enhance your current Raman products with the EAGLE Raman HR’s cost-efficient design without compromising on performance, allowing you to maximize your profitability.

Design Flexibility

The EAGLE Raman HR is available with various detector options, including the Hamamatsu S11850-1106 and S14651-2048. This offers customers the flexibility to tailor the spectrometer to their specific need. With multiple configurations that are optimized for sensitivity, integration time, and throughput, as well as different slit options for resolution optimization, the EAGLE Raman HR ensures exceptional performance across many applications. Additionally, the spectrometer can utilize a built-in Raman filter to attenuate Rayleigh scattering, enhancing system stability and simplicity.

To further enhance user experience, the EAGLE Raman HR is paired with Ibsen’s DISB (Digital Image Sensor Board) electronics. Customers have the option to select DISB or DISB-USB electronics for effortless communication via SPI output or USB 2.0. For those seeking even greater control, the EAGLE Raman HR can be provided as an OEM solution with direct access to the detector pins, allowing for full customization of the detector operation.

The compact EAGLE Raman HR spectrometer is based on the same proven diffraction transmission grating technology used in all other Ibsen spectrometers and our athermal optomechanical spectrometer design. This ensures that spectrometers can be manufactured in high quantities with very small unit-to-unit performance variation and strong environmental stability, which results in low implementation costs and eliminates the need for field calibration and re-calibration of the spectrometers.
