Spectrometers for NIR absorbance

Our compact OEM spectrometers are very well suited as the spectral sensor in process analytical equipment using near infrared spectroscopy due to the following benefits:

  • High optical throughput

  • Symmetrical peak shapes

  • Adaption flexibility for customer specific detectors and electronics

  • Robust, athermal design

Product options:

We offer several products covering various sub-ranges in the 900 nm to 2500 nm NIR wavelength range.

High transferability and stability by design

We base our spectrometers mainly on transmissive optics which enables a very good thermal and mechanical stability. Furthermore, all our spectrometers has no moving parts that can be worn over time. Especially for applications in the process industry, the stability we can offer is crucial for the performance of measurement instrument.

Transferability between instruments means that different instruments provides the same result when presented with the same sample. In our experience,  tolerance variation in mechanical and optical components lead to variation in spectrometer performance. However, in our spectrometers we have taking good care to make tolerance robust designs that enables the lowest unit-to-unit variation on the market.

Which spectrometer to use?

Do you need to evaluate a spectrometer for your next project?
We understand that it can be hard to judge the performance of a spectrometer just from the data sheet. Therefore, we offer a time limited loan of a demo unit to customers that meet certain criteria.
