We are looking for talented engineers to join our Sales team, working with international customers in multiple industries to incorporate our state-of-the-art, transmission grating based spectrometers into their solutions.

Your role: Sales Engineer
As part of our 8-person Sales & Marketing team, you will play a key role in identifying and capturing sales opportunities in North America, Europe and/or Asia-Pacific. Your focus will be on identifying new customers, initiating the sales cycle, securing projects, and driving early-stage development collaborations, turning them into recurring revenue.
Based at our offices in Denmark, you will receive extensive training in our products and technologies, and build important relationships. You will have an opportunity to travel the world, participating in exhibitions and conferences, and liaising international customers with your colleagues in R&D to bring new products from concept to production.
Your tasks will include:
- Identifying and securing new projects and key accounts
- Driving growth within designated regions or industries
- Collaborating with our teams to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs
What you bring
Our ideal candidate combines a natural talent for sales with a strong technical understanding of optical systems from a background in sales and/or engineering. You get your energy from finding and closing new opportunities and expanding sales to established accounts.
Ideally, you have:
- A degree in engineering or similar, focused on optics or photonics
- A proactive and energetic personality with a strong desire to talk to customers every day
- An ability to identify and communicate how our solutions add value to customer applications
- Patience and perseverance to navigate long sales cycles and capitalize project opportunities
We expect you to be fluent in written and spoken English or German. Additional languages are an advantage, while Danish is not a prerequisite.
